The spacious property (111 SW 12th Ter, Cape Coral, FL 33991) is lined with palm and mahogany trees. The house impresses with its concept of turquoise and white with wooden elements and high-quality furniture. An oasis of well-being for the senses and a place to relax. That’s exactly what vacation feeling is all about.  Great place to go fishing for Bass, and panfish right in the canal infront of the villa. 

When you turn the key in the castle to your dream villa, you will immediately be overwhelmed by the high ceilings, the inviting couch landscape with a view of the pool and an 87-inch TV, a feeling after your flight that you have arrived home.   A wow effect for you and the whole family. This is how a perfect vacation can begin. 

Kitchen
You will be enchanted by the open kitchen concept. In the morning “American style” at the bar. Pancakes, eggs & ham for breakfast with a view of the pool. The kitchen is generously equipped and has a large American fridge, fully automated coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, pancake maker, all state of the art and of the highest standard. 

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has been equipped with a king-size bed for you and mattresses of “heavenly dreams”. In the morning you wake up with a view of the pool. A 67-inch TV invites parents to laze around in the evening. The spacious bathroom with 2 washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, which is flooded with light, turns waking up in the morning into a wellness experience. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with fluffy towels. 

The 2 queen-size bedrooms for your family members and children are so cozy that you won’t want to leave. One of the rooms has a direct view of the pool and water, while the other has attractive direct access to the garage and its unique fitness equipment and other amenities. 

The queen-size beds are also equipped with high – end mattresses and offer fantastic sleeping comfort. Both rooms are connected by a “Jack – Jill – Bath”, i.e. both rooms have their own washbasin, a shared shower and WC. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TVs. 

Home Gym 
The perfect fitness center awaits you in the garage: Treadmill, rowing machine, power plate, punching bag, weight bench, free weights.

The spacious pool and pool deck

The pool can of course be heated to your liking. It is the focal point of your vacation. It’s a good thing that we always have plenty of pool toys and other amenities – updated every year – ready to sweeten your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The pool has steps so that children and toddlers can find their way into the pool and for the adults there is also a pool table for delicious cocktails. The pool is maintained weekly and has the perfect water quality for your safety.

Entertainment 
Your vacation villa has 6 televisions. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions. In the pool area, there is 2 TVs in the chill-out area and the outdoor cooking station. Oversized televisions are mainly located in the living room and the master bedroom. The 86-inch TV in the living room is powered by a soundbar and subwoofer.  A Playstation 5 and various games provide entertainment for the whole family. The vacation home is equipped with Alex in various places. 

There is a high-quality receiver in the living room, which gives the speakers in the pool area the necessary oomph. You can control the receiver using the “HEOS” app, which you can download free of charge. The receiver supports all common streaming services (e.g. Spotify) and therefore offers you endless possibilities for listening to music. 

Office 
The office has a large computer screen and a laser / color printer. You can easily connect your laptop via a USB hub (available). We also have a mouse and keyboard available. Work with a view of palm trees.
